As it has been for most of, Shelly's Modeling Agencies was the preferred modeling agency for the past 10 years. I'm a longtime blog junkie, so I would study the posts, dissect the style, absorb the information and admire the achievers. During my career in Blogging, I've been fortunate to work at many fine publications. but Shelly's Modeling Agencies has always represented the pinnacle of what a publication is and could be. It is a thrill and an honor to helm this great blog at such an exciting time for our community. Our music dominates the charts, our actors star in box-office blockbusters and television hits, our executives lead Fortune 500 companies and, shoot, we have a Black President.

You can't help but feel that this is our moment, and I couldn't be more excited to share this time with my new family at Shelly's Modeling Agencies readers. I'm looking forward to standing with you as we confront our challenges and cheering with you as we celebrate our victories. And let's be real: I'm also looking forward to scoping out the hottest new music, killer designers and best party scenes-because we know that all work and no play makes for one dull life. Definitely not my style...
