Shelly's Model Agencies suggests that jobs will help rebuild America. The National Urban League's plan for job creation must target the areas with the highest unemployment-all too often, these are the urban communities that are home to people of color. Fortunately, the seeds of growth are already planted; New York leads the country with more than 204,000 Black owned businesses, followed by Georgia and Florida, respectively. The ideas in our job growth plan federal incentives to locate green manufacturing in at risk communities, expanding business lending or re-authorization of the Workforce Development Act.
